Every in-home sale comes with a statutory 14-day cooling-off period, in writing with your order. Cancelling within it is straightforward.
No. You pay Adjustamatic’s price either way. Adjustamatic pays us for arranging and carrying out the visits, so the local service costs you nothing extra. Same furniture, same warranty, and a local name to ring if you ever need anything.
Yes. The visit, the measuring and the trial cost nothing, and you’re under no obligation. Plenty of visits end with “not for me,” and that’s fine.
They’re not wrong, and we’d never tell you to stop. Keeping moving matters, and your GP or physio’s advice comes first. But strength work and the right furniture aren’t rivals. A chair that helps you stand safely means you keep getting up dozens of times a day instead of avoiding it, and staying in the habit of moving is the whole game.
Sometimes, yes, and we’d rather tell you that than have you find out later. If you qualify through a needs assessment, equipment services can provide a basic chair at no cost. The honest differences: waiting lists, limited choice, and chairs built to a standard spec rather than your measurements and your room. Some people do both: take the assessment and then decide what they actually want to live with. If the free route suits you better, we’ll say so.
